CuckoldPlace.com Contract - Fill Out One Per Person


CuckoldPlace.com, hereafter referred to as "Producer", provides adult entertainment of a sexually explicit nature and our works are intended for consenting adults worldwide.

For a payment of one thousand dollars, I, ___________________________________, (print name) receive for my share of the submission I do hereby voluntarily authorize the Producer including all agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns, the absolute right to publish, sell, license, copyright, in its own name, in any media format, for commercial, promotional, or any other purpose without limitation, and with no further considerations, all submitted material, either in whole or part.

I, the undersigned, release all claims to the submission, and assign to the Producer exclusive rights, including copyright, worldwide, irrevocably, in perpetuity, and with no rights reserved.

I, the undersigned, grant Producer and its designees the right to use my name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, and performance, and acknowledge no interest or ownership in the product. I also understand that editorial matter, advertising, or other content may accompany this product.

I voluntarily and knowingly have engaged in nudity and sexually explicit acts for recording, publication, sale and distribution, and assume all risks of doing so. I understand that I may be subject to publicity, embarrassment, shame, ridicule, scandal, attention and more as a result. I waive any claim that I may have for alleged violation of privacy, defamation, or libel, and I agree not to bring any claim, now or in the future, of any kind, against the Producer, agents, affiliates, successors, or assigns.

I represent that I have the right to enter into this agreement, and that I am not restricted by any commitments to any other parties, and that the Producer has no financial commitment or obligations to me as a result of this agreement beyond the consideration cited above.
