The "cuckold phenomenom" as you put it has nothing to do with race. A cuckold is simply a married man whose wife has other lovers. Quite often in the modern day "version" of cuckoldry the husband is aware of it and either accepts it or often encourages it. In my own opinion, penis size has nothing to do with a males accomplishments, his ego, his drive, self esteem or determination.
Think of it like this perhaps, a very secure male, internal security, has an abundance of self esteem and confidence.
