Need advice on getting wife to cuckold

I would like some advice from some of the ladies here on how to convince my wife to fool around with another guy. I think I'm a little different from most of the cuckolds that I tend to see here in that I'm not into offense and I don't have a small dick.

However, at the same time we also would like to keep this private so the only ones that ever know about this would be the three of us.
