Wife has a new boyfriend

We have a young man called Lee who lives upstairs from us, he has been lusting after my wife since he moved in 2 months ago he knows she is a dominatrix she has been teasing him at every oppertuninty last night she caught him in the stairwell and they talked and kissed passionatley.
