Just to elaborate, though I do agree with her about stopping the bitching - and my wife absolutely does
But - at first I could not contemplate a long walk, I found it almost impossible to run. This has subsided to the point that I can wear it 24/7 for 10 days straight. I'm 90% certain that some of the early burning was my sac stretching, it is now much floppier when free, and the intense burning of that sort has stopped. Sometimes I had to excuse myself from a meeting and go adjust myself just to change positions... so I should not make out that it is easy!
Second, the ring size is very important, I was using a CB2000 for a long time - no hinge in the ring. I found that a 45mm ring would only just fit over my balls but gave a good balance of secureness and pain (in the night) that I could just about stand. My new metal cage has hinged rings, last night I tried next size smaller and it was clear that it just was not going to work - it was small enough that it was acting like a regular cock ring and trying to keep my cock hard - and painful. So it had to come off... I reckon the difference in diameter was less than 5mm.
So, get the ring right, tell her you promise to work on it, work up to it a little. And then (according to my wife - though it's easy for her to say!) "man up"
Good luck!!
