After being slutwife for me for two or three years and telling me about arrangements before and the details afterwards I caught her shagging the milkman - cliche I know but that is what happened. I had forgotten something I needed for work and so went back home some two hours after I had left. Milkie's van was outside our house. I initially thought she may be doing him as a birthday surprise for me. I went in quietly through the back door so as not to put him off his stroke. She must have been in the bathroom because he shouted to her asking if she was going to tell me about him. I found out afterwards that my reputation in the community as a cuckold wimp was growing and he had two builder mates who had shagged her after I had dropped her off at the flat they shared. She shouted back that I wasn't going to know about him and that she needed fuck sometimes just for herself, her sanity and her self respect. She also shouted to him that she had begun to feel like a whore just fucking others so she could please me.

I crept out and went back to work. When she didn't say anything that night I realised she had meant what she told him. A few days later I brought it up and after a row we talked. She told me she needed me time, ie time and lovers that were not known to me.

Anyone else's slut wife needed to cheat behind Hubby's back?

I am not an expert but that doesn't seem like a good deal. I think you need to be included somehow or you will grow apart. Perhaps some way for her to give you the count after the fact on a certain day. Like every Friday night she lines up the shots, one per guy you didn't know about from the previous week. You down the shots and that is all you get, no explanation, no stories, just a head count for the previous week. You get included and she keeps all the details to herself.

I had this happen with an ex.
It sucks. (for my definition of a hotwife, at least) Wife thinks she is getting away with whatever she wants, her lovers have no respect for you. Talk in the neighborhood makes life difficult for you.
I found out from a neighbor. I didn't bother to talk to my wife about it. I let her "unclaimed" friends know that I knew about them, and, if they wanted to keep going, they could. (I had just come back from 15 months in Iraq- 20 *******s with an M107- no one wanted to be on my "bad side"). All the guys ran away.
After that, and her bitching about my finance choices- we split.
My new wife knows the score- as long as I know and approve, she can have whoever she wants. Cross me, and the dude will live in fear for the rest of his life.
European-raised wives tend to be more logical about this than American wives. Give an American wife something- she wants to cheat, and get more. Give a euro-born wife all this, and she cannot believe her luck.

I didn't know that milkmen still existed.
