What is the best extension device out there? I have run into problems with some sleeves I have tried because they were too big to stay on me. I am looking for something that will stay on me when hard (5.5"-6" medium thick) but that I can also use after I am no longer hard. Anyone know of a brand or style that might be best for my needs?
