What would complete that is a single handcuff around your balls closed tightly so it wont come off, drill a hole in top of your plastic tube, and pad lock the tube to the hand cuff. Give the key give to your wife, it would be prefect.

I took Sissyjilly's idea, came up with somthing you can't get out of without the key (or hack saw).

I found a 3" Hose clamp, put it around my penis and balls. Once I tighten it down, it really didn't feel that bad or hurt (thought it might pinch, but it didn't even after I walked around with it on, felt ok). When tightened to the point where I couldn't get it off (trust me you want get it off), I marked where I should drill a hole, so I can put a small pad lock and can't unscrew it.

I have to go to get a small PVC 90 degree like Sissyjilly. I'm going to drill a hole in the top of it. So I can lock it the the hose clap.

more easy to make, thinking about another one, where you just put the hose clamp around your penis just below your head, with a PVC 90degree pip behind it.

This works great, got it at Lowes. It won't let the head go soft, it keeps the head encourged. Which also makes sure that won't come off. The Head keeps it on. Sort of a great, the feeling having a hard head and the rest is soft.
