I have a very good friend that I've known for a number of years. As it happens his lady and I are in the same line of work, and we happen to talk on the phone regularly. She shares a lot of details about her life with me, and always qualifies her conversations by asking that I not to tell her mister that we are, in her words, such good friends. It's obvious to me that the situation is erotic to her, and I have been getting some signals that she is interested in having sex. So, my question is if I have sex with my friends lady am I cuckolding him?
