The wife and I have found a house in the country - 15 to 30 acres deep into South Carolina about one hour from Augusta, Ga, 3 hours from Atlanta, 3 hours from Mrytle Beach. It's secluded and can host nearly 20 plus people comfortably. We'd like to turn it into a pervert's club/resort. Now we had already owned fetish clubs and a swing club, so we're not new at this. But they were in New York City and Miami, Florida. This is in the Bible Belt so we have no idea how it will do. Discretion would be necessary and come easy as it's secluded. And there are golf , hunting, water sports amenities for those visiting for other reamisters than fucking and sucking 24/7. We'd also like to gear up the place aimed for the cuckold lifestyle.
We have the means to purchase and begin the project, but since this is not New York or Florida, we'd rather seek investors and, at a minimum a list (emails) of those interested and a handful of advanced reservations. Prices are not fixed yet due to uncertainty, we've thinking $150 per day per permister.
I realize that a few of my SM/BD friends (fiends) will rejoice that Regions is opening another fetish house, but we want to keep this house slanted to CUCKOLD.
