Not for nothing (know this is 6 years old), I appreciate subhubs work, I use a lot of his pix for my captions (unfortunately most of the ones with new or interesting content are almost the size of thumbnails), but I have to side with Candy2,,,apparently subhub has no idea about the laws that are on the books. When someone tells you you're posting their pix without authorization, and can show you a link to those pix that proves they belong to them, you are obligated to remove it. Mr. BC usually eliminates the entire thread. Back when Bush was president, AG Garcia pushed through 2257,,,which states you have to have documentation and signed model releases,,,they made it retroactive going back to Oct. '95. This law was enacted with a nudge and a wink under the guise of protecting the little ones, but it's real goal was control, mostly to cut back on all the new porns stars the industry started importing from Eastern Europe. Most people just let it go, but if someone complains (like Candy2), you can be fined and imprisoned for a single offense, multiple offenses can up that to 5 years. So try apologizing and either removing or getting permission,,,don't take such an arrogant stance, you may find yourself in a world of hurt.
