Does anyone know the film

I saw a film about ten years ago in English, and the basic theme was a man in France and had an affiar with a married women. But there was a scene when he was late for the rent and the French landlady went upstairs whilst her husband was watching the television and fucked him (short scene but brilliant cuck scene)

I would love to see the film again but have no idea how to find it, anyone know the name or have the clip?

Its main theme was a journalist/writer who I think was american and met a married women when in France but also the landlady where he lived 'used' him as he hadn't paid the rent. The one scene was brilliant as the landlady crept upstairs whilst husband was watching the football on the television and she cums whilst he is downstairs celebrating a goal.
