Old movie with ron jeremy

Hello,

I'am looking an old movie (around 1990) with ron jeremy, a very cute tiny blonde and 2 black. I remember 2 scene, one in a bar, and another one a hospital, ron with surgeon cloth.

May be is two different movie but ron and the cute blonde was in both, and interracial scene to with dp action.
