Ted: I will say that it has dropped a little bit, in part due to the drop in sex between my wife and the old neighbor. But also in part due to stresses from moving, a very busy social life (making us very tired).

Hey Allen! Just catching up on all the updates I missed.

I think Ericas promotion will be a good thing in general. First of all, she will have more responsibility and greater feeling of acheivement. Secondly, as mentioned above, it will "put her out there" in the workplace with lots of men.

However, there is a downside. The fact that she will be in a supervisory position will mean that she will have to be carefull with any sexual encounters. She may not be able to act on opportunities because of her responsibilities. Hopefully, the position will open up other possibilities for another relationship.

Any trips away will be prime opportunities. I respect that you dont want want to push her (I am in the same boat), but you can do something to help things along. Maybe add a card that she can find later that reminds her how much you love her and miss her and give her a "free pass" if an opportunity comes up.
