Lets face it! Having your sex organs removed is pretty radical step to take, just to enhance your sexual feelings. So for many in here who contemplate it, then I guess it is just pure fantasy.

But in answer to your question, being castrated (having your balls removed) leads to a great reduction in sex drive and difficulty in attaining an erection. Once the sexual arousal has been diminished, then there is not much to fuel your sexual fantasies. So from a cuckolds perspective this course of action would not be appropriate.

However, having a penectomy (having your cock removed) would be more suitable. With your testicles kept intact and your testosterone levels the same but with no penis, you cannot masturbate or have sex to alleviate your sexual urges. You get aroused, but you can't get any release through ejaculation. Permanent frustration!

p.s I would not recommend either course of action to anyone.....lol
