I've been functionally sterile since I was a teenager (varicocele: a widening of the veins along the cord that holds up a man's testicles). If it weren't for the varicocele, my scrotum would look like an empty drawstring bag holding a couple of marbles.

My ejaculations have changed since I started the testosterone. The semen is much thicker. Also, I don't shoot anymore - it kind of bubbles out of me. The fluid volume is probably close to the same, though.
