I've heard of nothing but problems with the DAP Download Accelerator Plus. And I hear it's hard to get rid of.
If you ask me, that's your problem.
Get rid of it and make sure you get rid of it.

I agree wth James, those download accelerators cause alot of trouble. I tryed using one and it stuffed my computer settings up. I would get rid of it and try using system restore pre instlation of the program
