Miche,
I did get your reply regarding the Johna video. What suggestions do you have? I have the entire video on dvd. I'll try to download the entire movie to my computer and segment it if possible. Last time I did that though, the movie only played for so long before it cut out. I believe the program I used only allowed limited trial subscription downloads.

Perhaps I wasnt clear in my E Mail because you will probably not need any program at all. I think that the DVD you have is a DVD-R which is not protected and therefore it is possible to copy the files on the DVD straight to your computer without a program. Send those files to me and I will do the conversion from DVD to mpeg for you and upload to Rapidshare for all the forum members to access. All I will need are the files from the DVD. To do this:
Load the DVD into your DVD player on your PC. When the DVD starts playing stop it. Exit the DVD player but leave the disc in your DVD player. Click on START bottom left of your screen, then click on "My Computer", your dvd player should be displayed. Right click the DVD player and select "Explore" and 2 directories should be displayed - One Audio and one Video - right click the Video one and and select "Open". Several files should now be displayed - Copy all the files to your PC - The easiest way to do this is to right click each file and select "Send to" and click on the option "My Documents".
After you have done this, upload them to my MediaMax account from "My Documents"- I gave you the URL in the E Mail. Once you are on their homepage you will see a panel headed "Send Large Files" - In the panel click on "Upload Files to MediaMax Users". My Username is TwoFluidO. Follow the instructions and that should be that.
I hope this is clearer

I just sent you an email from my private account. I'm in the process of downloading each file to my computer. I need your MediaMax account information again though to upload the files to your account. These are pretty large files.....the transfer time now is showing 93 minutes for just one of the video files. I promise that I will finish this up tonight though....it'll be a late Christmas present for everyone

Hi
I'm new here - but already experienced SOOO many great vids - THANKS to all! 
However suddenly I have a problem downloading.... 
When clicking an (html) link I get the option of either 'open in browser' or 'continue as is' (I am using DAP Download Acc. Plus) and I go for 'open in browser', then I'm being directed to usually rapidshare, where I have signed up for a month... this works perfect!
But lately in this thread I don't get this option any more... the window just go blank... and I am left with a 5.1kb download and nothing more
I hope anyone can help.... an amateur!?
