Looking for interacial fantasy story about obeah rules in schools

I read a story about schools teaching students Obeah rules, which was based around white girrls submitting to black guys and domming white bois.
There is a scene where the teacher (white female) tells the class that the white bois are encouraged to attend the oral worship class with the white girls, but not as recipients...

I would love to read this or any other Obeah theme story's
