Update and Thank you

Hello all, I am now offically retired from the army, and am settling into life back in the states. I would like to thank everybody for their support of me and their support of our great nation's military. You may not be for our president, you may not be for the wars, but please support the men and women who proudly put on that uniform everyday and defend a way of life most just dream about. They themselves may be against the wars but still unselfishly they fight for America.

To all the authors and contributors to this great site a BIG thank you. When time allowed it was a mad rush to the computers and the internet. For me after some family time it was to this site. I always looked forward to catching up with the stories and then a little alone time back in the bunk shhhhhhh don't tell.

There are way to many authors to thank individually but special thanks to Goodhusband and Storm, your long stories were a great treat to a tired old soldier after a long mission. To all the authors Thank you for sharing your stories, true or fiction, long or short, each in their own way are a masterpiece.

Again thank you to everybody, I look forward to be an active member to this site now. I have a few stories to share with the group, however I am not a writer, so if anybody wants to volunteer to rewrite a rough draft from me just let me know.

Once again, glad you're back and a BIG THANK YOU for serving our country!

I wish the internet was in operation when I was serving. The best we could do was spank the monkey to Playboy and Penthouse. I'm sure the stories from some of the true writers of this site must have made for some great reading and relief to the blue-balls a solider feels when stationed abroad.

This last week brought up the 300th British and the 1000th US casualty in Afganistan. I'm glad you got back safely, I'm conscious of all those that didn't. I'm also aware of the high casualty rate among the returnees who sometimes struggle to relate back to the 'real' world among people that just don't understand what it was all really like out there. The irony is that our soldiers do what they do so that people Don't know these things.

So post on here and get your troubles on the page if you have any. Maybe a trouble shared is one reduced a little.

Techcuck, and cuckold4one as well, thanks so much for your service. I think every day of the many members of the military, in all branches of the service, that put themselves in harms way so that the rest of us can live our lives in peace and freedom.

There is nothing that I can say or do that begins to express my gratitude and the pride I feel in knowing that you voluntarily do what you do for our country. My heartfelt thanks and my congratulations on your retirement go out to you, and if my writing was ever the source of pleasure, or even a momentary distraction from the strains of your job, then all of the hours invested in it is time well spent.

As peak mentioned, the toll on the best that our two countries have to offer in both Afghanistan and Iraq is horrendous, and a constant reminder that freedom is never free. That British and American troops continue to stand together to protect these freedoms speaks to the shared values of our two countries, and the ties that bind us, regardless of what our leaders of the moment say or do.

Welcome home my friend, and if ever I can be of assistance, in any way, please don't hesitate to speak up.

Would like to express my Respect and Gratitude to all service permisternel.

Having never had to do such service and being totally unaware of the true dangers, i hope that some may have found pleasure in anything i and others have contributed to this site.

Thanks all, yes life is going to be a litle different for me and will take a little time to get accustomed to, but believe me I am ready for it.

As posted earlier I appreicate all who contribute to this site, I know permisternaly that many military men and women read this site. Because of issues, most will not log in they just read. They do this out of fear, hopeing to not be outted as a "pervert" which sad to say can be a career ender. So when you post and get discouraged about people not replying PLEASE remember there are some that just can't risk having a username asscoitated with them. They are already fighting putting their life on the line they don't need to risk losing all they have worked for. Now that is just the military, now think of govt. agencies, local govt and other professionals that read but don't reply out of fear. Just my thought and opinion.

Again thanks for all the kind comments, and I will say it is very nice to be able to sit at my PC and read without clothes to get in the way. I love this site and hope it continues for a very long time.

I'd just like to join the others in thanking you (and the others who may be reading) for your service. Now go enjoy some hard-earned freedom!

Wanted to take minute and than both Techcuck and Cuckold4one for their service. I full understand their sacrifice and dedication as I retired form the Army after 23 years, 3 enlisted and 20 officer.

I wish Techcuck the best in his retirement.
