new here, just a test post with a question

I was wondering if pictures can be copied and pasted? I have pictures stored on my computer that I have accumulated over the years but nearly all of them I copied and pasted into a file on my computer, If I could copy them to these boards at some point in the future, they would really enhance a few things I have written pertaining to wife sharing. Or, is the only way to add pictures by uploading files?
