I have tried several tube-like devices and they have all been too big. The problem is urinating. If you don't fill the tube when fully flaccid, you make a mess. I have looked at the devices designed for tiny penises and they look uncomfortable.
My little fella is 5cm flaccid. I would love to get some links for a comfortable device for long-term usage, taking into consideration functionality like being able to relieve and clean myself easily.

When you get aroused in a properly fitted cage there will always be pinching. The best way to avoid most of the pinching or pulling is to remove all hair down there.

You mentioned messes when urinating. Sitting down like a girl is the way to go. I've practiced standing and peeing while wearing a cage. Do it in the bathtub (with the curtain drawn). It didn't go so well. The cage opening has to be just so for it to work. Aiming isn't so hard when it does. You want to be very sure when you stand and deliver in public. Get pee all over your slacks when you're out to dinner.
Just sit and take the time to wipe up. Pantie liners will help, a lot.

So, the CB6000s is what I've used in the past. Some of these metal cages might be more forgiving for your piss hole, but they allow for easier contact with your sensitive dickhead (easier to vibrate, my dear). There are plenty of cages for us with smaller dicks (even micropenis's like mine).

lilmikey, thanks for the advice. I always sit down like a girl when I go. Measuring up the pee hole in the tube-devices was the problem because my little fella shrinks a lot and not being able to direct it to the right spot to "go" has been the problem. It's normally 5 cm flaccid, but will sometimes shrink down to half that.

I only have one testical after one was removed due to cancer years ago. How well would a cage work on me or would it at all? Do you need two testicals to hold the cage in place?

I ordered one myself, came Wednesday. The only ring that would work was the largest. Unfortunately the large ring was misshapen and the two plastic pieces wouldn't fit. Fired up the oven to 250 degrees f, put the ring on a cookie sheet for a few minutes, the plastic was soft enough and not too hot and I reshaped the ring. Anyway wore it overnight last night and plan on doing the same tonight!!

Theres a lot of knockoffs of the HT, but they are cheaper quality and your mileage may vary.

The "mini" ended up being too small and pinching, and very difficult to get into. $leeping in it when becoming erect was restrictive and painful to a point where I had to take it off. I re-ordered the "large" version and will get back to you when I've tried it out.

It's the same link, I just purchased the "Large" cage for the same assembly. I am wearing the new cage now and it is a 100% improvement from the mini. It covers my white clit without any pinching and the fit is comfortable and secure. I have urinated in it with great success. I will $leep in it tonight and let you know how it goes. I am pretty excited about this cage after years of trial and error.
