Suggestion for chastity cage

Hi all, I've had a CB6000 for a few years and have loved it dearly - almost as much as my wife has lol. Anyway, it's unfortunately started to split down the middle join and will need replacing. I'm happy to get the same again but was wondering if any one had suggestions of other types that might be worth trying out? Prefer plastic/silcone to metal but keen to see if others have found other models better?

To me the metal ones are more serious. No breaking the plastic to get out. Especially ones with integrated locks. You need a key to get out. I have had about a half dozen or so over the years. My most comfortable cage is a small metal cage. It is not only comfortable and secure, but it stops most erections before they can start due to no room for even a little growth.

I have bought mine on Amazon or Ebay. Much cheaper but well built.

I go with fullspectrum's point of view, metal every time, much better. My long term slut has had her cuck in a Jailbird for some few years now, no problems associated with it and it's small enough to severely restrict any possibility of unwanted growth!

Personally, I have used the CB6000 and the Silicone Birdlocked (I think thats what it was called). And for any use over a day or two is impossible. They are terrible to keep clean my erections broke the CB6000 when I was watching my wife with a lover. Then there is the rash and sores within just 2 days from the plastic and silicone rubbing on the skin. My cock is average length and when hard its above average thickness.

Metal cages.... I went and did a ton of research and bought a custom Mature Metal cage. Very well made but it was a bit big because when measuring it was hard not to get excited. LOL! That said it definitely wasn't heavier than a silicone or CB6000 when you include the locking mechanism. After that I saw Amazon selling cages for very cheap I bought some from $24 through $50. They have been my go to cages. I can wear them for weeks on end. They aren't impossible to back out of but pretty good. They aren't heavier and or clanky if you get one with an integrated lock, the pinching isn't an issue after my body gets used to the cage. If I go unlocked for a while and then put the cage on... night time erections and tightness is a bit of a challenge for the first several nights.

I use Baby Oil Gel and it works excellent for comfort. I usually put it on in the morning after the shower and then again at night before I go to bed. This helps a lot with comfort.

I honestly have to question how long a person who wears anything but metal is actually locking up. Meaning, it seems impossible to wear plastic or silicone for any length of time. For example, jewelry is not made of plastic or silicone and if you wear a watch with a silicone band then you can notice mild irritation after a while and your wrist doesn't get near the moisture and movement your groin does. I think when people talk about chastity... if you are playing with it where you only lock up for a day or a few hours then plastic and silicone would seem fine but if you are into more serious play like 24/7 metal is the only way to go.

I totally agree with what you say here. We also started with plastic cages. Metal seems to be the only way to go for long lockup's. I will say that although Im smaller than average my job keeps me on my feet almost all day and a metal cage can get heavy. We found at first that a snug pair of men's briefs would take care of weight issues. I've since switched to wearing panties for a few years now. With my cage we find thong type with some stretch and a stitched side are ideal for how my wife enjoys me. Anything laser cut or just lace doesn't keep a cage or penis in place no matter how small. With those the cage would slide out to one side.

In my opinion that cage looks interesting, but doesn't seem practical. I would guess it may be one of a kind prototype. The base clamp looks very heavy and with the square profile uncomfortable for long term wear. It actually looks to be a small pipe coupler you find mostly in beverage or brewing industry. The second thing I noticed was the ring behind the head of cock. If it just slips over with lube what keeps it in place? What if it's cold out? Would it just slip off? It would have to be loose enough not to restrict circulation. Maybe if there was a piercing involved?
I would recommend to anyone thinking of being locked or placing someone else in chastity buy a couple cheap cages of various sizes with multiple base rings off the internet. Figure out what is comfortable and use those measurements for a custom cage.

My preference is metal. I have had plastic, and silicone, and now a couple different metal ones. The medium sized metal, with integrated lock works great. The only time I have had any issue, is if the jeans are a little tight. So I make sure whatever I am wearing (pants/shorts), they are a lose fit. Another plus to metal, is that its easier to clean...in my opinion.
