New to chastity wife seeks guidance

Husband posting for both of us here. We have been married almost 4 years now. I have always had an interest in chastity but recently shared with my wife. The male should always be aware he is in chastity, it's supposed to be on the edge of uncomfortable, or even slightly more (can't use the correct wording because of censorship).
