New Government laws are to be passed in 2015 requiring compulsory wearing of chastity cages for white males. The laws come after an extensive study into penis size and performance by a research team of 20 women all experienced in the field. Dr. Alimister Laygood, leader of the research team and an experienced sexual partner with African Caribbean men said "It is about time the small penises are bred out of society". It will mean than any white male with less than 6" of cock length will be required to wear a chastity cage for long periods. The study found that "small cock syndrome" was almost entirely seen in white males and unfortunately was also hereditary. Since SCS was identified some 50 years ago as a factor in marriage and relationship break-ups, women around the world have been turning to interracial relationships with the full backing of doctors who are recommending this course of action. Tim Smithmister of the UK Small Cock Club has welcomed the study, claiming his members were ready to undergo the new chastity laws as soon as possible.
New powers have been bestowed on women police officers to stop and check any white male in public from 2015 to ensure adherence to the 6" rule. Black Males will be exempt the new rules.
