Lilmikey, it is item number 111632314210 on Ebay for $31.99 but when you order there are 3 sizes, She got the smallest one and you have to specify what size you want when you order. It is called "The Captus Chastity Device" by other places but they want over $80. Good luck, I have come to love it and feel naked without it on now.
