My GF has had me locked up for about 6 months now and are both really into it. My transformation to a sissy is coming along nicely, but I have chastity cage issues. I started with a CB-6000, but I get really strong erections and kept splitting the tubes so I got a mature metal. It fits perfectly, nice and snug but comfy when I'm flaccid. When I get the strong erections though my entire penis about slides out of it, only a little more than the head stays inside. It backs out if the curve and hangs like an ornament at the end of my dick. Part of the problem I think is that my scrotum can extend all the way to the end of my penis allowing the cage to slide that far. You might want to try getting a second ring for the cage are you also using the anti pull out pins from Mature Metal. My mistress just bought me the birdcage, is it really comfy for 24/7/365. The CB3000 and the birdlocked were not comfortable at all.

How serious are you about this? If very serious and for a long time, you may want to look at something like the Neosteel chastity belt". It is covers the penis with a metal plate, gives a nice flat front, but is pricey.

I haven't tried the anti pullout pins, not sure how they're supposed to work. Do they prevent erections? I know you can do spike strips and sort of teach it not to get hard. I really like straining in the confines of my cage though.

Easiest way is hormones.
Androcur (Cyproterone Acetate) will end erections.
Spirotone is cheaper, it will also eventually end them.
At the same time, you'd need to add a complement - estrogen, basically - or you'll lose bone density.
You'd also grow breasts, though, and get very emotional. If young enough, your bones might feminize, too. And if this is just a testosterone fantasy, you'll lose the turn-on, as well.
OTOH, if you love being used, like being feminine, it might work for you to transition.

Where do you want to end up? How far in are you willing to go? Do you want to be able to come back? Or is this your life?

I've been through the same progression of devices with my hotwife. I'm in the Queen's Keep as well. It looks/sounds like your cage is not tight enough. My cage is tight enough that when I start to get an erection, the cage is very tight around the base of my little guy, to the point that my erection is contained within the cage- about 2" for what wants to be a 6" erection! Going with a smaller custom cage seems like the best option. I feel like I'm guessing at how small I can go though. Only right after I cum is there any kind of extra space around the base, how much can the cage squeeze my flaccid penis before its dangerous?

I had the same problem with any ring-and-tube device i tried. I think it is a problem the growers not showers face. I got in on the trial of the love jail The hyperlink is visible to registered members only! from Chastity Steel and never had that problem with it. I found it extremely comfortable as well. The belt was my only issue. It was made with a weaker plastic material and it eventually broke. It looks like they have a different belt with it now. If you choose to try it, I highly advise the cloth cover to go with. The silicon one tends to come off. I have not replaced mine, as it is a permisteral thing i choose to wear and my wife does not care about it.
