So I was ordering a metal chastity belt from a Chinese EBay seller, and after I bought the item his account was immediately deregistered. The item had a tracking number, so I didn't think much of it, until it arrived today. It turned out not to be a chastity belt, but some sort of strap on harness.
The harness has a number of small straps on what appears to be the outside front, but I haven't seen anything like it and I don't know what the straps would be used for

The small straps are probably to hold the cock up out of the way of the base of the didlo, when a man is wearing it. That is if they are long enough to reach around the "panty panel" and a smallish cock that is being replaced by the dildo or butt plug that is mounted to it.

I tried that out, and the straps were not quite long enough. Since they were a little short, they kind of turn the panty panel into a tube. I thought this was promising, so I tried it on, and it seemed to work. The only problem is that the small buckles were backwards, kind of like if you put a belt on inside out, and needed a 180 degree turn to buckle them.
For the buckles to work properly, it seems like the small straps would have to wrap around something in the front, almost like if it held the dildo in a vertical position when not in use, although that would make it a rather silly accessory. I was thinking it could hold a vibrator to the outside, but the vibrator would have to be pretty big, and it would make more sense to put a vibrator on the inside.

hmm How about putting your penis through the hole, and using the straps to truss it up vertical.
