Do any of you caged cucks have underwear which helps to support the cage without it being a real pain, I mean boxers don't really work and I am looking for briefs or something that holds it all together !!!!!?????

I am in a neo-steel she-male belt but started off with a CB6000, goerecke stainless, etc. You need something with a wide gusset for a cage. I tend to have thongs in the neo-steel. In fact I can't remember the last time I wore male underwear...!

Briefs or panties can work. Panties do not have the room in the front that made-for-men briefs do, so I find that I have to go up a size over my normal pair in order to provide enough space for the cage.

Men's briefs don't have that problem. Another good option can be athletic supporters. They are generally cut to allow for wearing a cup, so they give good room - and support - for chastity cages. And as a bonus, they leave the butt accessible!

The replies have been on target - steel is a bit heavier than plastic so you need something that can stretch a bit. Microfiber was made for this. Hanes panties (bikini and hipster) seem to work best. They don't have frills and lace, but certainly do the job and remind you why you are caged!

I got my hubby some panties on ebay from China called "Mens panties" they are great really lacy and female with a pouch for the cage.
