I've been through few chastity devices so far including mos of cb xxxx's and few others, the main problem is that they were not comfortable to wear them for longer periods of time, it's propably cos' of my big penis. I've got a Bon4. I know what you mean. You can squeeze it and get what I consider a ruined orgasm. I don't wear mine much anymore. I had the Bon4 and birdlocked (and the cbs). I agree w/your problem... it is possible to cum in it which is part of the reamister it didn't work for me (however I also found the cock rings on the silicon cages too wide and they stretched my balls too much so I gave them up). I agree that hardening just the cock cage would work, the problem is how to do that. I'd try attaching the cock cage from one of your cbs. I'd imagine you could drill some holes in the base and somehow ziptie/rivet them for starters? I'm sure it's easier said than done.
