a question for our superiors

now that summer is here i usually lay out in my panties or string bikini bottom.. and its a definite panty tan line. but some skivvies i have noticed are hi cut and could be mistaken. so my question is...should a sissy be required to wear a bikini top or bra while tanning to aquire more definite and humiliating tan lines?
