Need advice from real chastity users - how to select the metal device?

Hi to everybody!
I have some questions for chastity device selection:

1) Can you please advise the metal model of the chastity device for the constant using?
My wife wants only metal device if it's possible, she does not like the plastic devices at all.

3) How to choose the size of it?
But the most popular plastic CB-3000, as I understand, has 5 different rings for different penis sizes in the box.
Metal devices as I can see are presented in one size only.

So I can't understand how to select the right size while I'm shopping on-line.

3) Can it be as comfortable as plastic if I wear it for a long period of time?
4) Is it real that that the men can wear chastity for a weeks without removing? Or these stories are just fantasies?
5) Can I wear it in public places: guests, work, clubs, city walks? What should I know if so?

My wife at least decided that she wants to have me in chastity device.
She always was excited to control my sex life.

Here are the examples of how my wife thinks it should look like:

I'm currently locked in a Mature Metal Queen's Keep (see pic). This device is made of stainless steel, and as you can see from the pic, I have the security screw (instead of using a padlock). My wife now kee\qps a key locked in a lockbox, and we keep an "emergency key" in a sealed, taped up envelope which I would not be able to open without damaging it. It's not a problem to wear this device for extended periods - the only reamister that I eventually need to take it off is that there are some areas that I cannot keep smooth (shave) while it's on. Is nice to take it off about once a week for that purpose. Because of the open nature of the device, hygiene is a piece of cake.

If you think the QK is too open, MM does have some other devices on their website - I think that their Pet Trap looks good, as well as their Watchful Mistress.

Before ordering a metal device, I recommend wearing a CB-xxxx device (with all the sizing options) to really figure out what works and what doesn't. Additionally, if you do go with a MM device, I also recommend using their sizing kit and following their instructions. Fit is very important on a custom device, as changes don't come easy/cheap. I got mine right the first time, although I did order an extra base ring (slightly larger), and did wind up using it for a week or so while I was still getting used to the device.

If you go with a different manufacturer (and there are several), be sure that they use stainless steel, as opposed to plated carbon steel (like some chrome plated devices), as the chrome will eventually flake off, and then the steel will rust.

So far, I've found that a shower is sufficient. While lathering up, I am able to slip a finger in through the base ring to the top of the cage, and work soap around my dicklette; as well of course, as being able to thoroughly lather up the outside of the cage. The device stays clean since it gets cleaned every day in the shower.

Well, that's the nice thing about the CB-6XXXX series. They come with an assortment of rings. And unless you're noticeably hung more than the average guy, the CB-6000 should fit you fine. With the combination of rings and spacers, you can get a reamisterable idea of what works for you. Keep in mind that, when you start wearing the device, like a new pair of stiff leather shoes, the device will be uncomfortable. You'll need to start with a larger sized ring and spacer - even to the point where it's easy to get out of the device. Will also only be able to wear it for a few hours before it gets too uncomfortable to wear. Regarding the CB-6000 vs. the 6000s; probably safe to start with the 6000, and if you find you have lots of room in the cage, you can always order a 6000s cage by itself for about $80 USD.

Bottom line is, after wearing the CB-6000(s) for awhile (2 - 3 months) and experimenting with different base ring and spacer size combinations, you'll have a pretty good idea what size to order when you go to a metal device.

Well, I've always been pretty quick to orgasm during penetrative sex, so doesn't seem much faster. Since I've been locked up (April), I haven't had a lot of orgasms, but yes, they do happen quicker/easier.

That's a concern everyone has with a custom device. That's why I (and many others) highly recommend starting with a CB-6000 (or 6000s) to give your body time to get used to having a device "down there", and to help you figure out what size you're going to need when you decide to order a (custom) steel device. Also, a good manufacturer will have some invaluable tips on how to figure out the right size for you. Mature Metal, for example, sells a sizing ring kit, which I purchased and also found useful.

I live in Canada, and my items came from the U.S. - shouldn't be a problem, but occassionally things coming across even that border will sit in customs for a couple weeks. When my steel device came through, I had to pay $84 at UPS to cover the tariff fee.

I think we will try with the CB-6000. I don't think that I will fit in CB-6000s because I'm about 6" long.
But it seems 6000 will fit more than 3000.

I wanted to avoid plastic device and start from the metal device but you changed my mind.

Before going to the metal device, I wore the CB-6000s for about 3 1/2 months. During that time, I gradually worked up to being able to wear the device for a week (without taking it off); then would only take it off for inspection and thorough cleaning. Because of their closed nature, the CB-6000 devices are a little more difficult to keep clean, but I was also able to get a finger into the cage while in the shower, and then rinse by thoroughly spraying with water.

Regarding the discreetness of the device, yes, you certainly can wear it in public under everyday clothes. I found that wearing underwear that was tight was uncomfortable. I just continued wearing the underwear I normally wore.

The other thing you'll have to do is use lube - I recommend a good quality silicone base lube under the base ring (under the scrotum)

For these devices to be comfortable, they need to be able to slide over the skin. If they cannot easily slide over your skin, then as you move, they will tend to pull and tug against your skin, as opposed to moving with you. Hard to explain, but trust me, some lubrication between your bits and the device are strongly recommended. I think near the end of wearing the 6000, I was applying a couple drops of the silicone lube under the (base) ring; and most often applying some skin lotion inside the cage and on the remainder or top portion of my scrotum. Would do this in the morning and would apply (only) another drop or two of the lube before bed some nights.

Reamister for the lotion inside the cage, is that your penis will need to move back and forth within the cage, especially when you change from sitting to standing (or vice-versa). Without lotion, or some other form of lubricant (some people use the silicone lube in the cage as well), similar thing will happen in that it will be uncomfortable when the penis is "trying" to slide back (or forward) but can't.

Now with the steel device, I still require a little lubrication under the base ring (I use just lotion for that); and because of the reduced contact area between the cage and my dick, I don't need to use any lubrication there. Also, if I forget to apply lotion under the base ring, it's not a big deal. I've went for about three or four days without using anything (with me steel device), before the skin started to get a little irritated.

I can't decide if I need 6000 or 6000s.

- I'm 6" while having an erection so I'm afraid S model can be small.

- From the other side I do not want to have the possibility to extend much inside the device.
I wish to have as small device as possible just to have enough space to avoid side effects.

As far as the sizing goes, it's the size of your flaccid penis that's important - not the size of the erect penis. If your flaccid penis is less than 3", I would recommend the 6000s; if it's nearly 3" or slightly over, then go with the 6000.

I purchased my 6000s from this company, as did many others on various chastity forums that I follow, and everyone has had good things to say about this company. So, based on my experience, as well as their recommendation, 3" (soft) seems to be the magic number.

If you're leaning toward the 6000s, I would caution you against a "knock-off" item such as the one shown. While the quality of that manufacturer's copy of the 6000s may be fine, I've read many accounts of people having problems with the copied devices they have found. Problems such as the rings cracking, pins breaking or the cage cracking.

I will also caution you that even with a genuine CB-6000(s), the cage may (mine did) crack along the seam. They use some type of fusion process to join the two halves (of plastic). If/when it splits, it will cause pain, as skin will get pinched. Luckily for me, it happened in the middle of the night; and also I was still in control of the key, so I simply got up and unlocked myself. The next morning, I cleaned it really well (with isopropyl alchohol) and used Crazy Glue (cyanoacrylate) to repair it.

But, from the accounts I've read, the knock-offs seem to have a lot more quality issues than the authentic A.L. Enterprises 6000(s) models.

That being said, if your goal is to use the plastic device as a stepping stone to a steel device, then a lower-quality plastic device may well last long enough for you to get used to wearing, and sort out sizing issues.

Definitely Mature Metal, start by ordering their measurement rings. Take a tight fitting one.
About the length and width of the tube, measure your shaft when completely flaccid ... after all, it's aimed at keeping you soft. It takes time to get used to any chastity device and yes it hurts in the morning when you get hard. But it will not last. Don't go for a plastic device if you really want a metal one, it's a loss of money.
Take your time, buy the measurement rings and it will be ok.

I will answer for Dolly. These devices are as big or as small as you order them. They are custom made, not one size fits all like the plastic cb 2000\3000\6000 devices. They are superior in every way to the plastic devices, other than getting though airport security. For just a little bit more $$ they are far, far superior.

You can order on that is 6 inches long. You can order one that is 1.25 inches long. And various widths. They are made to fit you. No device is foolproof or perfect, but Mature Metal is far closer to perfect than any plastic device made. By a very wide margin.

Another vote for Mature Metals. Measure carefully and use their sizing rings. I used a CB6000s for a stater and to get used to being caged. Your body adapts and over time you use a smaller base ring.
