My girlfriend and I have been together for several years, and I just signed this contract for her:
i, _____________ from here on out referred to as a sissy , submit, of my own free will, to Mistress ______, and agree to the following terms and conditions as stated in this contract of slavery and or feminization.
1) i am the subject and the property of my Mistress
2) i agree to cede my inadequate male body to my Mistress, and to surrender my body to my Mistress.

6) i agree to obey the hygiene and sanitary codes my Mistress sees fit.
7) i agree to conform to the following behavioral specifications:
* i will keep myself scrupulously clean at all times.
* i will not get into or out of bed without the Mistress permission.
* i will NEVER embarrass the Mistress.
* my manner and tone will be that of a feminized slave at all times.
* i will not act defensively when questioned by the Mistress.
* i will never interrupt the Mistress while speaking.
* i will not touch myself in the presence of the Mistress, unless i have obtained permission to do so.
* i will always serve the Mistress in the kneeling position, eyes down, until released by the Mistress.
* i will inform the Mistress if i break any of these rules.
8) Without further consent from the sissy slave, the Mistress is authorized to retain or release sissy slut slave and to deny or grant extension of allotted time agreed upon prior to audience at the sole and absolute discretion of the Mistress.
9) i also agree to and understand that any and all time spent with the Mistress shall remain as a private matter between consenting adults. Therefore i shall not discuss this with anyone for any reamister unless i have obtained permission to do so.
10) i understand that as a sissified, prissified, feminized, emasculated, cuckolded possession i have no rights of revocation and that disobedience in any form will result in painful mental and physical punishment and that i will be granted a safety word

Not sure a contract of this nature would be considered valid without the following: a legally recognized form of consideration, notorization or minimally an independent witness signatory, statements of status of mental health, statements of application in states where this form of servitude is legal or a description of the idea that the servitude is an employment contract and not a contract of slavery...which is illegal in the US (see emancipation proclamation), assuming your in the US. Those might help make the contract binding...hope that helps sissy!

We have tried chastity Keith, a cb-3000 and a generic metal tube and ring off the net. She generic one is impossible to get on, and the cb-3000 pulls my balls so tight they go blue so she has made me take it off. If she decides i need more chastity (which i do) it will have to be a medieval belt style.
