must say, you fill it well, you do get used to it after a while though, and i think your cock learns that it hurts and your erections whilst locked do get less.

Given that your first post was over a month ago, you may have already solved this. But if you are finding erections truly painful (as opposed to merely constricting), try a longer spacer. It looks like you are using the smallest one, which is going to cause an erection to pull on the balls the most. A longer spacer will allow the penis to grow just a little bit more, easing the tension on the testicles. You might even lengthen the spacer AND shrink the base ring, which can (counterintuitively) help prevent the ring from sliding down and pulling the testicles.
For a while, I was using the largest ring, with the 2nd smallest spacer, and found that at times it would get uncomfortable, the ring would slide around too much, and worst of all, I could still trigger an ejaculation (not exactly a ruined orgasm, as it would still feel good - more like an almost-orgasm) just from pulling up and down on the key, causing vibrations. I changed to using a ring one size smaller, which stopped the ring from sliding about, and ended up using the largest spacer. I now find it MUCH more comfortable, I still feel constricted by the cage when getting an erection, however it doesn't pull on the testicles nearly as much (though with the smaller ring and still using a small spacer it was intensely painful, so careful of that), and now with the correct fit, I can no longer reach ejaculation.
