Just back from Turkey and got 150 Paxil tablets 20mg should I start him on 20mg a day or a higher dose?

I took paxil for about a year when I was 23 for its normally prescribed purpose. I had HUGE reduction in sex drive, trouble getting hard, and very difficult to orgasm. Got to the point where I had to take Viagra while I was on Paxil to allow me to try and have normal sex with my gf at that time.

Im on Proscar now; the same have as Propecia, but 5 times the dosage. I went to the doctor for some urination problems, and she suggested flomax. My wife had read about Proscar, which is used to control prostate swelling, and explained to our woman doctor that the chemical castration side effect was not a problem for us, since I had been cuckolded for some time.
