As for wanking, I'm sure you'll manage. Make sure you wear your panties on the outside of the garters for easier access (this goes for women also).

I'm curious about what your motivation is. I love to wear stockings also even though I havent done so for several years. My wife didnt know about these desires. I didnt think she would be too thrilled about it and it was too hard to do it behind her back so I just stopped.
