The first weight check was this past Friday and I weighed in at 236.6 down a couple pounds. That meant a penalty of 3 days so I was released yesterday (Monday) for 72 hours (weight - 235.4). My wife is gorgeous, very physically fit and is not happy. Last night she had a glass of wine and went to bed. I find that once I have it on, I forget about it while preoccupied with other things. I can (of course) walk, jog for distance (2-3 miles for me), do most anything in comfort. Sort of like wearing a jock. I haven't found anything I can't do actually. It becomes part of you in a way. I could probably play softball fine, golf, tennis. I haven't tried any "contact sports" though. I suppose sliding head first into a base wouldn't be a good idea. Going up for a rebound and getting blocked out could be revealing to the other player. It's relatively a quality piece for the money. We added the KSD-G2 to the purchase so there's virtually no way to pull out. I'm locked up for good, until the next weigh-in and the weight loss goals are met to be sure.

I'm going to begin walking 5 miles a day tomorrow and then some running after two or three days. That along with the strict diet should get me to a 5 pound loss by next Thursday (I hope).

Thanks for the comment. You know, I do shave from tip to ridge line as well as scrotum, you may be able to tell a bit from the photos I uploaded. Do you mean shave all the pubic area? Wow, now that would be a penalty! Tough going walking around nude at the local health club. Tough enough already! Would love to use the sauna to assist in the weight loss program, but getting in and out of the place without embarrassment would/could be a miracle. LOL for all!

One thing about shaving and the CB 6000 though is that I've come up with some ingrown hairs under the ring. Not fun! This whole deal creates a completely new set of daily routines like keeping the genital area clean, lubricated (don't want chaffing) and keeping an eye on penile health.

UPDATE: EARLY RELEASE DUE TO PAIN!

UPDATE:

All sores have healed up and my penis is looking normal again and fully functional. Whew! I was worried. A medical term I was looking for that I wasn't able to come up with earlier to describe some of the sores was "edema swelling" (under the head of the penis and CB 6000 vent holes).
