There is no reamister why a sissy can't progress through their gender identity and/or dysphoria to progress to being a transsexual, but the definition of a sissy is widely accepted as a feminine male. I meet and play with a number of transsexuals, who ALL identify as female 24/7. Sissies I know all tend to identify as male, albeit a submissive and emasculated one. |
