How many other ladies out there think it would be a good national law that boys at the age of 15 be required to take a medical exam and if they have an under developed penis they should be castrated. Wouldn't it also make sense that these boys,[ I would have been one of them], then be femininely attired and powerd to serve the needs of Females, and shown off to other Females by their owners?

I would imagine that with penectomy, they could probably still find a way to extract your sperm to allow you to breed.
