I dry-shave my scrotum and underarms. Better clearance due to the type of skin. I think success of this is very dependent upon your skin and hair-type.

Seems to me that all of a cuck's pubic hair except that on the scrotum should be removed by waxing. The scrotum, however, should be shaved with a straight razor. Ideally, the shaving should be done by the wife, preferably with her bull observing and urging her to cut them off.
