The folks who run the website are kooky/scary in a Christian way, but they have a full range of products for the cb2000 and cb3000 user.

Their version is not as atractive or high-end as the one you found. Have you considered ordering from the Dutch site and just paying the extra shipping? Or emailing them to find the manufacturer or an American retailer? Just about everyone in Holland can read English.
