The only reamister my wife does NOT want to cage me is concern about metal locks setting of metal detectors in the airport since I have to travel every week. While an interesting offense technique we both agree the hassle just isn't worth any possible embarassment (including having to go to a private robe to fully disrobe which just adds useless time). So, question is, do they make fully functional (and inescabable) fully plastic versions...including the lock? Have any of you had first hand experience with these - please tell me everything you can including which models they are.
Thanks!!

The cb2000, which I wear pretty much constantly, is all-plastic and has plastic locks. Each red lock has a white serial number printed quite clearly and legibly (not too small) on it. You can cut the lock open with ease (potentially useful if a medical emergency arises while you are hundreds of miles from your key holder), but since each number is unique, your key holder will know.
I travel by air on business about every other week and have worn my cb2000 with plastic lock well over a hundred times through security screening. (Many more if you count the screening at courthouses, government buildings, museums, etc.) Since it is not metal (and they don't touch your crotch even in secondary screening) it has never been detected while using the plastic locks.
For the record, I twice forgot and was wearing metal locks (the first time the one that came with the device, the second time a garish luggage lock we replaced it with) and it was not detected then either. It has only been detected once ever - was when I wasn't wearing it but had it in my carry-on. (They found it confusing on the x-ray and took it out of the bag for examination.) Ever since it has seemed safest to wear it through.
I assume that these locks are also available for the cb3000 and the Curve, both from the same manufacturer as the cb2000.
Good luck in chastity! Pantalone, Wittol, oblate, abnegator, fellator, pathic, irrumatiophile, fop, epicene, cotquean, skivvy, thrall, and pilgarlic.

Yes, the CB2000 or CB3000 can be worn with the plastic locks that you can order at the same spot, then you won't have troubles at the security. I had to wear my metal CB more than once and it takes quiet some time and is lots and lots of answers to give. They care, that I could smuggle haves underneath. Every time I had to go to a separate room for the questioning and to show the belt to the "specialists". The last time they had a good laugh, because I also wore a metal womans top as well as female lingery under my suit.
