I have heard about shrinkage from chastity a lot, but this has not been my experience. One of the most important things is that abstinence must mean just that. I was not allowed to cum for increasing periods. 3 months, 6 months and the longest period without cumming was about one year. I did expel semen but was only when arelax or during intense excitement. I would sudenly just expel semen in a sort of orgasm, but absolutely no direct stimulation should be used. i think that the cb 2000 is better for us guys with smaller dicks. it fits tighter and the cage is smaller. but you could also try the Points of Intrigue, which you should be able to get from the same place that you got your cb3000. i wear the small points and it keeps me from backing out. if i'm on punishment, i have to wear the mediums. they're quite painful. i can't even imagine what the large points would be like.

I envy those of you that get to wear chastity. I do have a suggestion for those of you that want to be smaller. Prolonged chastity can definitely cause atropjy and shrinkage of the genitals. The old phrase "use it or loos it" is so true. But this takes months to occur. It is advisable for the key holder to allow occasional ejaculations to treat this, but is not always necessary. A key holder with medical or nursing training may opt for placement of a urinary catheter instead. This can be done with some types of chastity tubes in place. Alternatively, the device can be removed and the catheter placed then. Under these circumstances, placement of the ctheter always results in an intense erection. do not interpret this as a failure of therapy. Place ment of the catheter can be somewhat erotic for the keyholder, but is mildly uncomfortable for the male.
