I use Photoshop but there are other softwares that you could use, here is a link: The hyperlink is visible to registered members only!
I think there are some image editing websites out there.
You could also use Paint which is already in your PC (very basic and very easy), you are also going to need somewhere to store your work to then link into this forum (File hosting website) I use mediafire but I believe you could store images in this website but I am not completely sure.
Click on the link below the comment box "....read about allowed file sizes...", basically you don't need a hosting website, you jst need to apload it here as long as it meets the allowed size and type
give it a go, you will only get better and better as you go

alexis, I use wigflip.com/roflbot. It is quite easy to add captions to your saved pictures.

Microsoft Paint, standard on Windows, is more than enough for me.

I just use MS Paint. It's sufficient for what I do.

I think the real secret to a great caption is the fewest words possible!! Let the imagination of the reader take charge! its me

And, less is more. Most of the best threads here are popular because the psychological elements are the focus. darslangly

I strongly agree with fofo and with DarsLangly: make SHORT captions. The key is the reader's imagination. Less is almost always more.

I use addtext.com for mine. It's a pain to have longer captions because they limit the number of characters in each block, but you can add a bunch of blocks. Easier than dealing w/ a local program to me.

What about captioning a .gif? That seems more difficult to do since whenever I try to add the caption I lose all motion in the .gif and it ends up having to be saved as a still pic. I have found online software that will do it but I won't upload porn pics to a site like that. What software lets me do that locally on my computer without spending and arm and a leg? Thanks!

Here's a youtube tutorial video showing you how to do it in Photoshop CS6. Photoshop isn't free, but if you've been on the internet for an amount of time, you know that most programs are readily available for free. Personally, I would suggest purchasing the software. It's good stuff.

If you have Photoshop CS6, open it and follow the video and cap your own gif.
What she doesn't mention is how you save your gif. Here's what I do.
After you have added your text and customized it, get out of text mode.
Go to the tools drop down list and select the rectangular marquis tool. If you can't see the tools drop down list, click on Window at the top and select tools from the list.
The tool list should appear on the left side of the screen. After you select the rectangular marquis tool, go to File and click on Save For Web.
This will bring up a window with a preview of your gif. On the lower left, it will tell you the size of your gif.
On cuckoldplace your gif can't be over 5 megs, so if it's bigger than that, you will have to make it smaller.
To do this, on the lower right of the screen you should see image size with W and H boxes where you can adjust the width and height of your gif in pixels.
1200x500 is a good place to start. Enter those numbers and press Save. It will take a few seconds and your gif will be resized.
When you get to a size that works for you, press Save again. Select a name and where you want to save it and you're done.
Hope this helps.

On the content side, these are the rules I personally apply. Not that other approaches are necessarily wrong, of course.
The Rules
1) Only full female figures. No just breast shots, legs, faces... the Female Body is Beautiful in All its Glory, and should be seeen as a whole.
2) Stiletto heels. No bare feet, no gymn shoes: feminine footwear is Woman's most powerful weapon.
3) Shaven pussies. Hair can maybe be tolerated on males, they are ugly anyway. On women? Why throw away Their smooth Beauty?
4) Most times, text in a lateral black box. No text on the picture to defile it, and especially NEVER on the beautiful Women. They should be admired, not covered. The side choice is due to the shape of computer screens, which is markedly rectangular with a longer base than height. This way images are not scaled down when viewing.
5) Decent sized pictures, the bigger the better. Boycott pixelation.
