Thanks, Timmy. The Edge - When I found the Goncourt quote I knew I had to use it in a cap. I've always found a wife's first genuine temptation to cheat very intriguing. Consider a guy who knows how to play with her a while before reeling her in, a guy who delights in the sexual tension in her as she teeters on the edge of betraying her husband. Then, think of the angst if her husband knows of the temptation, standing by helplessly watching, waiting out her indecision, never knowing from day to day whether she'll act on the lust that's tearing her apart inside. Is the woman in the pic baring her body (and her soul) to her husband, or quietly imagining she's undressing for a lover as she confesses her obsession? She'll never tell us - her mysteries attract us like moths to a flame.
