While dating L when she was still in grad school, she would sometimes invite me to "tag along" with her and a classmate to a university function. About half the time her "friend" was a guy who seemed uncomfortably familiar with L, although she claimed their relationship was strictly platonic. This was long before I was admittedly into hotwifing, but I remember sitting with them as they traded inside jokes, the angst building inside me as I tried to convince myself it was all innocent. Years later, after we married, L confessed that more than once she and her friend ended up in bed after I left, and that playing the "bad girl" behind my back excited her, at least in a perverse way. Men should know that when she says, "tag along", she's often telling you, "I'll fuck him later, not you". Just another memory of a time that no doubt led me to become a hotwife husband.
