Don you are going a little overboard with this. Heaven forbid that someone may have used work that was partially your own in order to provide the community with more material.
Apparently, you seem to have been the source of the material in question, which is to say that you cropped, added borders, etc. This does not seem to be in question.
What is not at all apparent, however, is that Timmy27 knowingly, intentionally and maliciously purported your material to be his own without offering any mention of your contributions. I can only speak for myself, but I cannot pick any caption at random and simply know the artist who created it. Also, captions originating on this site have a tendency to pop up elsewhere. Here we have a perfectly reamisterable explanation for the means by which Timmy27 obtained material altered by yourself without knowing it to be your work. There are lots of explanations.
What I don't understand is why this has to be the source of any contention. I appreciate the work you have done. However, the simple fact remains that nothing is being taken away from you; something is only being added to the forum. Relax.
