I think no woman, no matter how strong, neither can nor will cuckold a strong man.

Interesting questions... but it depends on your definition. "Cuckold" is so often twisted and misused that the meaning itself becomes meaningless.
"Cuckold" is a noun, not a verb. You don't "cuck" a husband. He becomes a cuckold by virtue of the act of his wife cheating with another man.
For a husband to become a cuck, his wife merely needs to exercise an act of infidelity. Doing so with his consent creates a hotwife-cuck relationship... doing so without his consent leads to divorce court. But you don't "cuck" anyone... weak, strong or otherwise.

If you mean can they cuck as in a mutually agreeable relationship, then the answer is that real men would be uninterested (more than likely) in a mutual agreement unless it was an open marraige situation. But if you mean can a real man be cucked at all the answer is not only absolutely, but in many cases highly likely for one simple reamister. Submissive men are far more likely to bend over backwards to be caring and and some"real Men" (equipment and ability wise) are total toads and far more likesly to be physically or mentally cruel to their wives and while that is a minority of "real men" it would be hard to find any real submissives to be that way, in my opinion.

Question #2 - IMO any level of infidelity by the wife creates a Cuck situation. By definition, if your wife cheats on you, you're a cuckold. You may not even know about it, and you can still be a Cuck. Many guys end up suing for divorce because they found out they were *** Cucks...!

I am a cuck, but most guys don't fuck my wife "better than me."
I have encouraged my wife to fuck other guys. If it wasn't for my prodding, she would probably not really done it. It is only now after a couple of years and 6 different lovers that she is coming hard with other guys.
