Fake Help

Hi, can somebody (or preferably a couple of somebodies) do me a favor and fake the below girl who I'm about to attach several pics of? I'm not in the business of asking for something for nothing, so I promise to write a story sometime in the next week (I'm better at those than at captions) if you help me out.
