yea sorry I would say how I do it but it starts with giving adobe an ass load of money If you are using Cs2 or cs3 I can tell you how then again if you are using that software you probably know how

can't you also just use microsoft paint to convert them to jpeg? I haven't done it for a while....but I don't remember having to download any extra software other than what comes with windows xp.

100% correct. Open the image in paint and go to save as. Jpeg should be an option. (However for some reamister on older versions you need MS Word installed too)

But that should work
